Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, however defected apparel, pillow and mug products will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent as replacement.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for our handcrafted items, however, if you have any problems with your order, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. To return/exchange a defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by emailing us at email@example.com.
Standard Delivery Times of Goods and Services for Product Purchases
Our handcrafted products are build here in our shop, if an item is not customized, we can usually fulfill and ship within 2-5 business days of ordering.
Our apparel, pillow and mug products are sourced and printed from our printing partners based in the US and Europe. Therefore, it can take on average between 3-6 weeks for the purchased items to reach your doorstep depending on where you are based, and potentially longer due to delays out of our control due to COVID-19. What we can promise is that you will get your item, but with no guarantees on timeline for fulfillment, shipping and delivery. We do not refund purchases due to delays in delivery.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
